District Librarian

Leticia E. Dybdahl

I'm originally from Laredo, Texas.  I just returned to the area after almost 20 years in the Hill Country.  I've been in education for about 27 years as a teacher and a Librarian. I have a B.A. with a double major in English & Political Science and a M.A. in English with a minor in Sociology. I've been a librarian at the Elementary, Middle and High School levels. I've also taught Freshman English Literature at Laredo Community College. I worked at an international school overseas in Norway. My favorite book quote is from "Tale of Two Cities."  "It was the best of times and it was the worst of times.."  I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your academic goals.  Hope you have a good day. Espero que tengan un buen dia. (Spanish) Haper du ha en godt dag. (Norwegian)
